Business Plan for Start of a Small Business

This work is dealing with formation of a business plan for a concrete company small scale and verification of its feasibility and competitiveness in the Czech market environment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with on basic business terms. In the practical part already I apply the theory into practice. I also deal with drawing up a concrete business plan. This is followed by the practical part of starting a business with a focus on e-shop clothing. Based on the compiled plan I reviewed the conditions of establishment, potential risks and business competitiveness.

The introductory part contains theoretical work and is followed by more detailed analysis of the current market situation. In a proposal part, there is a detailed entrepreneurial plan, which describes the implementation, complexity and risk assessment project, including project feasibility.
Effects of Environmental Taxation in Company´s Performance

The thesis evaluates the current state of environmental taxation based on CO2 emissions and determines the impact on a company ABC, s r.o. The initial section, Literature Review, discusses environmental economics and environmental policy concepts and introduces taxation procedures of road tax in Czech Republic and Ireland. The main body describes operation of the chosen company and shows real tax calculations according to the tax law of the Czech Republic and Ireland. Finally, it is discussed the potential impact on the chosen business.
Assessment of the Economic Situation in the Choosen Private Corporation Using the Selected Methods, Proposals and Recommendations for its Improvement

The subject of this master's thesis is the analysis of the external and internal environment of Seats, a company operating on the automotive market. For the assessment of its current position, there were used the SLEPTE analysis, Porter´s five forces model, model 7S, and selected financial analysis methods. The results of these analyses are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Based on the executed analyses, recommendations to improve the company's economic situation have been suggested.

The introductory part contains theoretical work, explains the basic concepts and specific business methods. The analytical part assesses market environment through external and internal analyzes. The final section focuses on the preparation of business plan itself, which is based on the current market situation. It also describes the implementation, complexity and risk assessment project, including project feasibility.
Business analysis methodology for the implementation of information systems in telecommunication enterprises

The topic of the thesis is to build a business analysis methodology for the implementation of information systems in telecommunication enterprises in Czech Republic. This methodology is composed by qualitative research - grounded theory, supplemented by quantitative research and secondary research using an available literature. In the preparation of the methodology I have used the current needs of telecommunications companies, which are characterized mainly by high dependence on information systems, high flexibility, competition and shortening of the corporate strategy timeline. Business analysis in the telecommunications is mainly based on the strategic objectives and its task is to compile and analyze the business requirements that should be reflected in the new (upgraded) information systems while transforming strategic objectives into specific requirements for the operation of this system. Those systems should help fulfill strategic objectives. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part I was focuses mainly on the definition of terms, as well as the general methodology for conducting business analysis and their relationships with process and project management used in the implementation of information systems in telecommunications. Also I identified and explained the used research methods. The second part is focused on primary research. To obtain data the research was carried out interviews with 18 respondents from the telecommunications industry and their statements were subjects for quantitative and qualitative research. The data obtained were conceptualized, categorized and then coded into the resulting methodology. The thesis also includes a proposal for the use of the methodology in theory, practice and teaching.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose the development of the fast casual concept HAN FOOD in Prague. In order to meet the objective, relevant literature review had been conducted, followed by analysis of existing operations using SLEPTE methodology, Porter’s competitive forces analysis and McKinsey’s “7S” model. The findings were summarized using SWOT analysis. Based on the identified results, the proposals that contribute to development have been recommended.
Selection and Implementation of an Information System to Improve Data Flow of Selected Company

Statistical Analysis of Risk Indicators of a Company

This diploma thesis aims at analyzing accounting and financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of selected company VIDEN plus, a.s. The thesis analyzes the development trends of individual indicators, which are able to reveal the state of the company. Based on the data obtained, the issue of company risks arising from the analyzes and their correction is then addressed.
